**What you’ll do**:
**Job Description / Capsule**
**Typical Accountabilities**
- Participate in the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, resume/CV review, interview scheduling, reference checks, salary proposal documentation, and onboarding/newcomer orientation support.
- Work cross-functionally to execute and optimize employer branding initiatives and campus recruitment campaigns.
- Coordinate and support HR projects and initiatives, while also providing backup assistance to other HR team members as needed.
- Handle other ad-hoc HR-related requests as they arise.
**Essential Education, Qualifications, Skills and Experience**
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition or an HR coordinator or HR generalist role
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Proficient in using HRIS systems (Workday) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with employer branding, campus recruitment, and new hire onboarding processes
- Creative mindset to develop engaging internal communications and culture-building initiatives.
- Digital savvy.
