People are key to Shopee’s growth, and as our business expands, so does the need to develop and support our employees.
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office with a positive, helpful attitude. Direct visitors to the right person and department
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls. Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/delivery.
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
- Working with building management for registering any necessary forms for office’s services which includes register and manage employee’s parking card and office’s access card
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires. Delivery parking card, access cards, gifts on their first day at the office
- Order office supplies and keep inventory of stock. Monthly payment for other offices expenses.
- Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs
- Arranging transportation and accommodation for staff on business trips which includes manage company apartment to ensure the house is clean and fully equipped, always available to assist staff during their stay.
- Support in organization of company events and other admin tasks.
**Requirements**:
- More than 1 years of working experience, as the same role
- Strong at communication and negotiation skills (in both written and verbal), detailed oriented, positive thinking and good at work ethic
- Multi - tasking and time - management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Customer service mindset
