Our client is a leading finance company in Vietnam, who is looking for an experienced talent to join their firm:
**1. Develop, implement and supervise plans/business activities of products and services at Wealth Business Units**:

- Manage targets, coordinate, monitor the effectiveness of business units.
- Evaluate and measure the effectiveness of business and service activities at business units.
- Ensure to maintain business activities in accordance with the direction or strategy of the WB
- Coordinate with stakeholders to promptly handle problems arising during business operations at units.

**2. Develop and implement business programs - promotion of sales**:

- Participate in coordinating relevant departments to develop training materials for the program/product/service

**3. Manage and improve service quality**:

- Inspect and supervise the sales team to comply with policies, regulations, procedures and service quality commitments;

**4. Participate in building and improving business procedures/products/services;**

**5. Compliance Management & Operational Risk Control**:

- Ensure that the operations of the business department comply with laws and general regulations;
- Control operational risks and business risks of Wealth Business to ensure the interests of customers and company
