**Mô tả công việc**:
- Responsible for building sales targets for each provincial company, and business targets committed to BMW partners.
- Propose sales policies (pricing policy, sales program, sales solution, sales management according to Salesforce system, DDMS).
- Manage sales plans, production orders, and inventory according to provincial companies.
- Collect market information and competitors.
- Management implements targets by vehicle model/dealer.
**Tiêu chí, tiêu chuẩn yêu cầu**:
**Experience**:
- At least 1-2 years of experience in products, sales of high-end car brands;
**Knowledge**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, International Business, Commerce or other related majors;
- Systems thinking and business administration expertise.
- Strong data processing abilities for analysis of markets.
**Competencies & Skills**:
- Proficiency in English (IELTS 6.0 or higher)
- A proactive, professional working style that adjusts quickly to change.
- Possess the ability to allocate, organize, and finish tasks quickly.
- Capacity to organize and oversee implementation outcomes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint,..)
