**About the Department**

The Wholesale Bank function operates a dynamic business model that provides financial services and solutions to help our clients achieve their strategic business objectives. Our mission is to become the premier-provider of banking services and solutions for Asia-based commercial banking companies (small medium enterprises), large corporations, financial institutions as well as multinational corporations. Our coverage teams work in full alignment with specialised teams across Transaction Banking, Investment Banking, Global Markets and Group Retail to deliver seamless solutions to our clients.

**Responsibilities**:
**_Notary Officer:_**
- Responsible for processing Notary and Donre/NRAST registration for loan documentation in compliance with bank policies, guidelines and product features
- Take original collateral documents (Title deed) or any original documents from customers/ authority, keep carefully during Notary and Donre/NRAST registration until hand over to relevant team.
- High responsibility and fully-complying with Bank Code of Conduct

**_Loan Contract Officer:_**
- Responsible for processing loan documentation in compliance with bank policies, guidelines and product features.
- Processing loan documentation per Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and in timely manner to meet business requirements and Service Level Agreement (SLA).
- Responsible for the daily workflow within the department which may include the creation (as maker) or regulatory compliance of loan documentation
- Be able to perform high volume, time sensitive duties related to the loan documentation which includes researching and problem solving to minimize documentation risk to ensure departmental service levels are met;
- Provide contribution to enhance the process and/or procedures to improve TAT while policies are still ensured.

**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor/ College degree in banking faculty with a minimum of 3 year loan processing/review experience.
- Working knowledge of Notary services and Donre/NRAST registration.
- Good knowledge in Banking regulations
- Attention to detail, hard working, be careful
- Ability to work in a team environment
