Position: Credit Admin Officer
- Department: Operations Banking
- Reports to: Team Lead

**Job Purposes**:
1. To provide good services to internal and external customers
2. To ensure timely & accurately submission of assigned reports to HO & SBV
3. To understand the regulatory requirements to ensure the daily BAU is in compliance with the regulatory requirements applicable to the respective area

**A. New Credit Facilities granted**
i. Perform verification of the approving authority of Credit Proposal;
ii. Ensure all terms and conditions stated in Credit Proposal with those in Letter of Offer/Loan Agreement and approvals are in place (where required) prior to Letter of Offer/ Loan Agreement execution;
iii. Ensure all documents (including but not limited to Letter of Offer/ Loan Agreement, Guarantee, Collateral) are duly executed and constitutional documents of Borrower/Guarantor/Security Provider are legal and valid;
iv. Ensure all requirements for identification documents of Borrower and related parties are met
v. Implement new facilities, input and tag collateral (if any) in CLIMS system, and log to relevant monitoring spread sheets;
vi. Perform loan and security documents custody;
**B. Credit Review/Memo/Amendment**
i. Perform verification of the approving authority of Credit Review;
ii. Upon receipt of the request for updating or changing in facilities, securities or any terms & conditions for customers, make sure all changes are documented accordingly to LO/SLO preparation matrix and update system when documents are in order.

**C. Loan Disbursement**
i. Ensure receipt of duly signed Notice of Drawdown and all required supporting documents from the Borrower/ Facility Agent prior to disbursement;
ii. Perform all required checks prior to issuance of Drawdown Memo for Loan Ops’ further process

**D. Tracking and monitoring**
i. Perform daily report checking (on rotation basis within the team);
ii. Perform relevant daily tracking (including but not limited to excess/ overdue, covenants, collectable fee );
**E. Reporting Ensure** all reports (to Head Office and to authorities) are prepared and submitted timely and accurately

**F. Compliance**
i. To ensure compliant to all Bank’s policies and local regulatory requirements applicable to the respective area
ii. To avoid audit observations and repeated findings

**Key Requirements**:
1. Familiar with credit admin processes
2. To have good communication and writing skills
3. To be able to work under pressure
4. To be able to complete all assigned tasks in a timely manner
