**Mô tả công việc**:

- Receive and process documents and information from Sales Departments and Partners in the relevant systems.
- Review documents to ensure compliance with Secured Loan policies and regulations.
- Track and report sales volumes.
- Create and update interest schemes, dealer lists, car lists, and other relevant data in the systems.
- Prepare presentations and proposals as assigned.
- Calculate and analyze partner commissions accurately.
- Manage administrative tasks for upper management, including attendance tracking, ordering office supplies, scheduling meetings/appointments, and drafting meeting minutes.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management

**Yêu cầu công việc**:
**Education level or certification**
- Have a college diploma or higher

**Experience & Skill**
- Minimum 2 year of experience in Admin or similar position
- Proficient in Excel, knowing SQL or reporting tools is an advantage
- Good communication, quick problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Proactive, dynamic, adaptable and flexible approach according to business needs
- Can use basic English
