**Purpose and Scope**

Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will be responsible to establish networks and strong relationship built with Korean prospects, business partners and agencies in Korea and Vietnam for the sole objective of securing companies to lease spaces and industrial lands in our projects. This role is based in Vietnam.

**Key Roles and Responsibilities**
- Understand the Korea framework on what attracts companies from Korea Region needing to set-up a production or warehousing facility in Vietnam. Be among the first to know when a Korean company is thinking of entering the Vietnam market through established channels and market intelligence.
- Segment, Target, Populate and effectively reach-out to each client to create an interest with the prime objective of securing a lease commitment.
- Leverage on agencies and value-add partners (banks, trade bodies, business services) to generate leads, referrals and support in making the marketing drive creditable and effective.
- Organise through partnership/collaboration with like-minded business partners, project-focused investment events, roadshows and forums to create interest and awareness for SIS, VSIP and other assigned projects with the prime objective of generating marketing leads for subsequent cultivation and realisation.

**Qualification, Skills and Experience**
- Accredited Degree in Marketing, Economics, Business Studies or Real Estate.
- Incumbents with 3-5 years of Industrial real estate marketing experience in established developers esp. Industrial Parks and/or agencies esp in leasing factories and/or warehouses will be highly advantageous.
- Effectively bilingual - English and Korean
- Effective communication skills - presenting, writing and communicating.
- Hard-working and KPI-driven.
- Frequent travel within Vietnam may be required
- Knowledgeable of Powerpoint, MS Excel and MSWord.
