Account Manager

Proactively understand the performance (across multiple dimensions) and progress on the account through regular calls/meetings with both the client and the offshore delivery team to increase the client’s satisfaction and expand the revenue of the account.
- Proactively hold periodic service/account reviews with both the client and the account manager.
- Work closely with the Account team to manage the Client’s Account.
- Protect cost lines and revenue lines help to grow future revenues.
**Requirements**:
- Proven Enterprise Assistant / Account Management / Customer Support or other relevant experience (03+ years)
- Proven ability to communicate, present, build strong relationships and influence effectively at all levels
- Proven ability to coordinate while paying strict attention to details
- Excellent listening, negotiation, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in spoken and written Korea and English (Advanced level)
- Hard-working and self-accountable
