**Job Description**:
**Consumer activation (50%)**:
- Establish strategic approach for consumer engagement and activation with well-defined initiatives to drive distribution, product of choice and conversion
- Interpret and improvise best practicing initiatives from global/ regional platforms or related industries
- Collaborate within Marketing and Sales to integrate action plan and maximize business resources
- Proactively search for new business opportunities, chase and qualify
- Perform real-time discovery and qualification of new leads
**Broaden market access through partnership (30%)**:
- Develop new business opportunities (NBO) and closely facilitate their commercialization
- Develop corporate development strategy and framework
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to establish new go-to-market model
- Build advocacy and establish strategic partnerships with stakeholders in various industries
- Pitching to potential clients/ partners on collaborative initiatives
- Find new ways to bridge business goals, user needs and feasibility in designing and shipping for project
**Increase the market access by affordability solutions (20%)**:
- Cooperate with internal & external stakeholders to design & get approval for E2E model of affordable solution to consumer.
- Identify and engage potential customers to implement for affordable solutions
- Monitor and track progress with high result-orientation & compliance-adhered manner.**_ Desired Experience/Education: _**
- Bachelor’s degree in business/ marketing /communication/healthcare
- 5+ years’ experience in Marketing/ Business Development/ etc in MNCs
- 3+ years of experience in similar role in MNCs.

- Strategic planning & interpretation to action plan
- Strong marketing & business development capabilities
- Expertise in pitching, negotiation & interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Healthcare industry & Marketing excellence
- Expertise in project management, including manage external agencies & stakeholders
- Fluency in English communication
