**Mô tả công việc**:
(Mức lương: Thỏa thuận)
- Overall responsible for the MT sales in Vietnam (specially have experience with DMX/Cao Phong/Nguyen Kim account)
- Understand and analyse customer needs
- Understand our products (water heaters, water filter)
- Develop strategies to match our products to customer needs
- Build up and manage sales MT channels nationwide (Online and Offline)
- Find new customers and maintain existing customers
- Key Account Management
- Analyse the market environment and market trends
- Develop and organize short-term and long-term sales plans and strategies to meet the company’s sales targets.
- Forecasting and planning of sales plans
- Implementation and maintenance of a Customer Relationship Management system
- Report to Sales Head

- Bachelor degree, Master degree would be an advantage
- 5 - 7+ years experience in Sales
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, detail-oriented with excellent execution ability, analytical skills
- Analytical, Negotiation, and Problem-Solving skills
- Good personality and presentation skills
- Able to travel
- Computer literacy especially Microsoft Office and SAP
- Willing to work in a startup environment of a newly established company
- Able to work under pressure
