Job Responsibilities
General Administration
Support general administration tasks (work permits, visas, residence cards).
Manage office facilities, utilities, and company assets.
Handle expenses, including purchasing and VAT invoicing.
Perform simple accounting tasks (paying suppliers, monitoring income and expenditure).
Support in adjusting some terms in clients contracts (when needed)
Celebrate events in month (welcome, birthday, staff giving birth, resign )
2. Human Resources
Plan and execute recruitment based on the company's requirements
Conduct selection and interview processes.
Manage recruitment and termination procedures.
Check timekeeping and monitor employees' working process daily, weekly, monthly
Prepare labor contracts, internal regulations...
Monitor compliance with regulations.
Coordinate with departments to evaluate employee performance
Manage company's recruitment bulletin board accounts
Prepare timesheets, payroll, payslips, pay salaries and handle related issues such as insurance, income tax.
Answer questions about procedures and policies for employees according to labor laws
