**Key Roles and Responsibilities**
- Provide support for the full spectrum of HR functions: recruitment, onboarding/ off boarding, performance management processes, training, payroll, employee insurance and expatriate management
- Ensure timely execution of monthly processing of employees’ payroll and social security submission
- Handle monthly/ quarterly PIT declaration and annual PIT finalisation
- Assist in HR & Admin budgeting
- Administer employee insurance claims and employee insurance policies
- Support training and development for employee on training registrations, training record, proper filing of certification; facilitate training sessions when required
- Provide guidelines to employees on performance appraisal processes, follow up closely to ensure timely completion of employee and manager’s evaluation
- Maintain employee database in HR system and generate HR reports for monthly submission or whenever required
- Assist in organising staff welfare activities and communication sessions
- Undertake HR administrative duties e.g. purchase requisitions, contract preparation/ review and other ad-hoc HR projects as assigned.
**Qualification, Skills and Experience**
- Diploma with minimum 5 years’ relevant experience; experience in expatriate management will be added advantage;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office;
- Well-versed in local employment legislations and HR best practices;
- Good interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all levels of staff;
- Proactive and resourceful team player with an eye for details;
- Strong analytical and written skills;
- Proficient in spoken and written English;
- Ability to travel on an as-need-basis.
