- Manage the full recruitment process, including sourcing, job posting, resume screening, interviews, and collaboration with hiring managers.
- Administer and update recruitment databases, ensuring quality hires in the assigned area.

General HR Duties:

- Assist in implementing HR policies, ensuring compliance with local labor laws, and supporting employee relations initiatives.
- Coordinate performance reviews, track employee progress, and assist in organizing training and development programs.
- Prepare HR-related communications, announcements, and reports for management review.
- Responsible for handling document approvals for the Hanoi office when requested.

Engagement Activity:

- Contribute to the development and execution of employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Assist in organizing company events, team-building activities, and recognition programs.

Ad-hoc:

- Perform related duties and special projects as assigned by the manager.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resourcing or related field.

Experience: At least 1 year of experience in the recruitment position, mass recruitment experience preferred.

Work-related skills:

- Have knowledge about labor law.
- Experience in HR functions, especially Recruitment area.
- Computer soft skills.

Soft skills:

- Able to work under high-pressure environment and work efficiently to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently or good sense of team-work.
- Negotiation, communication, and interview skills.
- Good control of documents.
