Associate HR and Administrative Specialist

**Responsibilities**:
- Recruitment (posting jobs, screening incoming CV, coordinating interviews)
- Payroll Administration (processing monthly time & attendance, generating reports, etc.)
- Benefits Enrollment/Changes (collecting necessary documents, submitting forms to insurance providers or vendors, answering employees questions, etc.)
- Onboarding/Offboarding Processes (preparing offer letters/separation agreements, background checks, IT setup, office equipment maintenance, etc.)
- Conduct orientation for new hires and support local trainings logistics
- Data Entry and Reporting (updating records in various systems, support employees' tax code, etc.)
- Support HR initiative and engagement activities
- Any other office admin and HR duties as assigned.
**Pre-Requisites**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years relevant work experience preferably in Human Resources.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, etc.).
- Familiarity with PIT and social security processes.
- Excellent organizational skills, logical thinking, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English, with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive company information.
