Plan and develop RTM strategy:
Analyze the market, assess customer needs, and identify the appropriate distribution channel for each product group.

Develop a detailed RTM plan, including sales targets, pricing strategy, discount policy, promotion programs, etc.

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the RTM strategy implementation, propose adjustments when needed.

Manage the distribution channel system:
Search for, select, and develop cooperative relationships with distributors and sales agents.

Train and support distributors and agents on product knowledge, sales skills, and RTM strategy.

Supervise and evaluate the performance of the distribution channel, ensure compliance with company regulations.

Implement sales and marketing activities:
Support the sales team in approaching customers, introducing products, and negotiating contracts.

Collect market information, customer feedback, and propose product improvements.

Bachelor's degree in Economics, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

At least 5 years of working experience in the FMCG industry, especially in RTM

Experience in managing and developing distribution channels.

Experience working with sales and marketing teams.

Planning, organizing, and effective management skills.

Proficient communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Leadership and team management skills.
