- Manages teams of Sale and Marketing
- Contribute novel design ideas at project development stage for luxury residential project via
- market intelligence and analysis
- Refine overall brand positioning, unique selling points and project competitive advantage in the marketplace
- Plan and control Sales and Marketing budget
- Develop and execute sales, branding and marketing strategy with innovation and differentiation at every stage of the sales cycle
- Develop relationships with related parties to build up customer databases and distribution channels
- Set up administrative, sales structure and procedures for smooth and effective execution of sales support and customer service
- Push for innovative marketing tools, collaterals and materials align with brand strategy and produced for marketing campaign roll out
- Oversees all communications, public relations, promotional activities, press relations, speaking engagements, special events and community outreach activities selected to support the brand and marketing strategy
- Manage Sales & Marketing team by recruiting, supervising, reviewing and equipping staffs with necessary resources to ensure the teams have high performance to achieve the company’s goals and individual targets
- Requirements_
- Minimum 10-15 years of working experience in real estate market, residential sales, branding and
- marketing management and strategy, experience in high-end and luxury projects is preferred
- Extensive knowledge of Vietnam Real Estate regulations, process and market information
- Extensive knowledge of brand, project marketing and communication, financial and budgetary management
- Excellent planning, analytical, presentation and organizational skills
- Experiences in residential product developments is preferred
- Bachelor/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills in English
