DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Position/Job Title : Head of Sales Reporting line: Country Manager

I. Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy and Performance:

- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to expand the customer base, increase profitability,

and improve the efficiency of the sales team.
- Lead, develop and subsequent management of large accounts.
- Source, build customer data base and follow up overseas sales leads.
- Visit existing clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
- Identify and gain new business opportunities to achieve and exceed KPIs and sales targets.
- Monitor and review individual sales team members' targets, activities, and performance.
- Track sales goals and report results to senior management.
- Cooperate with Key Account department, Tender Management, and other relevant teams.

2. Customer Relationship Management:

- Identify ideal customers for the sales team and align them with our current products.
- Manage and optimize customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Address and guide the Customer Service team on managing customer claims.
- Acquire new customers and support existing allocated customers.

3. Sales Department Management:
- Setting individual sales targets & measures (KPI) with the sales team including customer service. - Supervise, control, and organize the sales department in the branch office.
- Collaborate with other departments and experts to ensure cross functional coordination.
- Ensure compliance with corporate and local processes and guidelines.
- Support the continuous improvement process within the department.
- Recruit sales, set objectives, train, coach, and monitor performance ensuring assigned tasks and

responsibilities are fulfilled.
- Conduct 1 on 1 pipeline monthly meetings, monthly and quarterly performance review meetings,

and annual appraisal meetings.
- Lead and manage all subordinate employees within the department.
- Ensure employee participation in necessary trainings.
- Foster a positive work environment and conditions.
- Conduct annual appraisal interviews with direct reporting employees.

4. Marketing and Reporting:

- Prepare an annual marketing plan and coordinate marketing activities. - Participate in regional sales and marketing campaigns.
- Generate offers in collaboration with the operative departments.
- Conduct local sales analyses and reporting.

5. Others task:

- Assigned by Country Manager
- II. Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- Proven experience in freight forwarding and logistics industry sales.
- Strong customer oriented mindset.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- In depth knowledge of industry trends, market activities, and competitors. - Ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting.
- Fluent in English.
- Willingness to travel as required.
