**Responsibilities**:

- Lead processing: Identifying leads' needs to make more new activations.
- Sales presentations: Brief product/service walkthrough and presentation to potential customers based on their needs.
- Negotiations: working with objections, prevented to get started and express helping on how to start trading to secure a successful activation.
- Closing: Securing a commitment from the customer to begin using our products or services.
- Data management: Keeping track of customer interactions and updating the company's customer relationship management (CRM) system with relevant information.
- Sales training: Receiving training on the company's products, services, and sales processes. Developing sales skills outside of work (e.g reading books, useful blogs).
- Results-driven: Reaching KPI targets set by the manager. Desire to exceed targets.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Finance or Business or Sales & Marketing field.
- 1+ year experience in a Sales, Partnership and/or Business Development position in a financial services company would be a plus;
- Experience of achieving results on international markets
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate well at all levels within company and externally with different profiles of Clients (retail and institutional).
- Proven track record of proactive Sales and Business Development competency.
- High level of integrity and dependability.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure and fast-moving global and multi-language environment.
- Business, marketing, or similar degree.
- Proven experience in a sales position.
- Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office, Google Workspace
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of sales metrics.
- Ability to problem-solve.
