Join us as a Sales Specialist for the Electrification Business area where you will be building up strong network with M&E contractors, create project pipeline for MV switchgear and follow up until project close. Coordinating with Distribution Leader in HCM to push sales through distribution channel. This position reports to the Sales Manager and based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Gaining more sales volume and building up relationship with M&E contractors, PBs, Trading companies to expand geographic coverage, especially in South East Area
- Coordinating with Product Managers to provides technical support during the technical meeting, product presentations and negotiations.
- Performing analytic and diagnostic studies to determine most suitable sales actions to achieve annual sales target
- Preparing and delivering Product/ Solution presentations and sales material to customers
- Coordinating with PM and customers to provide product/solution/service-related trainings/ Seminars
- Preparing and executing the marketing plan with channel partners

**Your background**:

- University Degree in Electrical Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering/ Economic Administration
- 3 to 4 years of experience in distribution sales, experience with MV switchgear (RMU) / Cable & Cable Accessories/ Transformer/ LBS/ FCO/ Reclosers is a plus
- Attention to detail, self-starters, proactive, ability to learn, good interpersonal skills and result oriented.
- Knowledge about the MV market in the South of Vietnam
- Good network with M&E contractors/ PBs
