As a Sales Specialist for Process Automation business, you will be responsible for developing, implementing and managing the account strategy, focused on share of wallet growth, profitability and customer satisfaction. Reporting to Local Division Manager, you will be coordinating sales activities, monitoring current projects and managing resolution of specific customer problems. This position is based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Understanding the key business drivers, including significant and emerging business risks (e.g. sustainability / digital / cyber security) of the relevant global customer’s business and business environment and interprets the impact and opportunity for ABB
- Participating in the development of sales strategies for the account by providing the customer’s current business and long-term plans
- Defining and proposing sales targets for the account and ensuring their achievement with a structured follow up process across business lines
- Creating added value for the customer and ABB by ensuring a coordinated sales approach (e.g. frame agreements, AVL related actions)
- Monitoring competitors’ activity with the account and ensuring that appropriate response strategies are formulated and implemented
- Selling products/solutions/services to customers, focusing on volume, mix and profitability targets representing all ABB

**Your background**:

- Bachelor’s degree in automation / electrical and electronics engineering, instrumentation and control engineering or related equivalent degree
- 5 to 7 years of relevant work experience in technical sales, estimation, offering, customer interface
- Experience in estimation, positioning and selling control and automation systems
- Experience in digitalization offering in the industry will be an added advantage
- Experience in design and engineering, experience in supply chain for the projects
- Technical knowledge about control systems, electrification & digitalization
- Good English oral and written communication and presentation skills
