Project Manager B2B Sales/marketing

**About the Company**:
**Main Responsibilities**
1. Market Research and Analysis:
- Participate in collecting and compiling relevant information, including local insights, customer behaviors, and industry trends to provide actionable market intelligence.
- Stay informed about the latest market developments, regulations, and competitive landscape to support decision-making processes.
- Conduct gathering, analyzing, and interpreting of market data to ensure it supports strategic decision-making, ensuring data accuracy and relevance.
- Cross-check and verify information to maintain data integrity and reliability, aligning research outcomes with customer needs to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Identify challenges related to market entry barriers and find initial insights for different countries.
2. Project Management and Consultancy:
- Participate in understanding clients' market entry objectives and pain points to support the development of tailored strategies.
- Work together with various departments and business units to collect necessary information and coordinate service delivery to meet customer requirements.
- Support the business development team in preparing quotations, including adjustments and redefining the service scope as needed.
- Provide consultancy and guidance to clients, offering insights based on collected market data and analysis.
3. Resource Management:
- Take initiatives to facilitate structured learning within the team through regular recaps, learning outcomes, and knowledge sharing sessions.
- Recommend and implement tools and resources to enhance team productivity, ensuring access to up-to-date and effective resources.
- Promote the adoption of best practices within the team to encourage continuous improvement.
4. Relationship Management (Subcontractors/Prospects):
- Actively engage with partners to explore collaboration opportunities and strengthen mutually beneficial relationships.
- Network and establish connections with partners, associations, and key contacts in target sectors and countries.
- Identify and pursue potential prospects, understanding their business requirements and presenting our solutions effectively.
5. Report Design:
- Participate in designing visually compelling and insightful reports that communicate complex data and insights effectively.
- Interpret data, support report formulation, and provide recommendations.
- Ensure that reports align with overall business strategy and offer valuable insights for decision-making.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- At least 2 years of professional experience in B2B Sales/Marketing.
- "Can do" spirit is a must.
- Strong in problem-solving & analytical skill.
- Good in interpersonal & communication skill.
- High level of autonomy and organizational skill.
- Fluent in English and Vietnamese.
- Honest, proactive, social, creative.
- Able to travel for business trip.
