- Responsible for formulating and implementing HR policies and procedures according to the guidelines from Head Quarter and the local regulatory requirements (South Asia).
- Collaborate with other departments or South Asia Branches for manpower planning, recruitment, staffing and orientation.
- Manage monthly payroll, formulate compensation and benefits programs that are in line with the Head Quarter guidelines and local market situation. Survey the Salary range from market for each position and perform salary review based on the annually employees performance.
- Plan & monitor the implementation of performance management system, give feedback to line managers on setting objectives and giving performance feedback. Consolidate overall performance ratings for the company, calibrate and ensure that there is internal equity across functions.
- Devise employee relations and sustainability programs to enhance employee engagement and company branding.
- Expatriates Mangement (Visa, Workpermit) Perform any other duties assigned from Line Manager / Director.

Experience and Requirements:
Education: Bachelor upward that related to Human Resources.
Professional Knowledge: Well versed with local employment ordinance and market people management practices.
Working Experience: 5 years or above HR generalist experience with at least 3 years in managerialroles.
- Ability to speak Chinese is a must.
- Previous experience in formulating and implementing HR programs including HIS and HR related surveys
- Proven ability to provide high quality independent analysis, conclusions and recommendations to senior management
- Flexible, highly organized and able to handle multitasks
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills
- Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese.
