**1. Stakeholder engagement**
- Develop effective and collaborative relationship and networks with all internal managers and leaders.
- Conduct meetings and forums to understand the needs of each business unit in terms of L&D, engagement, hiring, talent development, and so on.
- Provide timely and trusted advice, guidance and solution to business unit’s restructures, workforce planning, succession planning.
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.

**2. Talent Acquisition**
- Responsible for planning, developing, and implementing an effective talent acquisition strategy for the whole company.
- Develops and executes hiring plans; manages recruitment budgets/channels, sourcing & acquisition solutions.
- Develops and deploys talent acquisition policies, processes, and tools.
- Manages TA performance and effectiveness by running analysis and developing TA reports and dashboards.

**3. Talent development & Performance management**
- Provide advice and counsel to managers and employees on all performance related issues, including performance management, talent review, performance improvement, succession planning, development roadmaps, compensation & benefits, and so on.
- Analyzes metrics, market trends to partner with other internal functions (Learning & Development, Reward & Services, Culture & Engagement) to benchmark and develop solutions, programs and policies when/where needed.
- Manages and analyses personnel related data for performance improvement and efficiencies.
- Conducts orientation trainings and other trainings when needed/required.
- In conjunction with Culture & Engagement to drive cultural program and enhance employee’s commitment.

**Requirement**
- 5+ years continuously work as senior HRBP or HRBP manager or equivalent role
- **Must have**:
