You’ll be a part of our APAC HR team. **Role Summary** As a HRBP, you will be a part of international HR team and responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units (Vietnam, Cambodia, Myanmar, Philippines). Line report: APAC HR Manager **What you’ll do**: Employee Relations & Engagement: - Be an HR lead & partner with multiple senior executives and their teams. - Drive implementation of tactical day to day HR processes across business operation. - Develop/review talent Management for critical leadership positions. - Promote HR initiatives across the teams: coordinate with regional and HQ teams in the development and implementation of initiatives / communications / events with a focus on improving employee engagement, experience, performance & retention. - Partner with business leaders on organization design, workforce planning, succession planning, and talent management to support a high - grow business. - Engage with TA Team to support business. - Actively involved in the ideation, implementation, and measurement of DEI initiatives (Diversity, equity & Inclusion) Compensation & Benefits: - Be responsible for payroll process responsible (through payroll vendor) - Planning, control and monitoring all Personnel cost to align with the budget L&D and Social Media activities: - Identify the training need for teams and individuals - Conduct and operate training sections for employee and intern - Endorse initiatives for attracting and retaining talents - Promote HR brand in social media - Create an annual project plan for EVP activities for APAC Others: - All other request relevant to HR from Line manager. **About you**: - Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Management or relevant major, Master’s degree is a plus - Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
