**Job Description**: **Position overview: Basic function & Responsibilities**: HRBP is to provide tactical and strategic consulting and services on people and organization strategies in support of the business objectives. He/She plays a critical partner role in maximizing human potential and contributing to the continuous growth and evolution of business as professionals who manage human assets, and exist as indispensable partners in making business decisions In order to help business leaders achieve their goals, HRBP works directly and closely with them, and provide strategic advice and consultation on all aspects of HR (Talent development, recruiting & Staffing, organizational development, labor management, performance management, etc.), collaborating with other parts of HR team such as Learning & Organization Development, Talent Acquisition, Labor/Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefit, and are required to be change agents to foster culture and improve engagement in the assigned organizations. Namely below key activities but not limited **Main Activities**: - Partners with leadership to align HR strategy to business strategy - Uses knowledge of client functions to proactively address issues and strengthen HR service delivery for assigned client base - Provides support and unbiased perspective to clients, acting as a sounding board for complex work-related issues - Acts as a change agent to business through process design and approaches that support change and transformation - Coach/ drive team leaders on key HR processes - Coach/Encourage people managers and employees to leverage online resources, direct access and HR shared services for routine HR - Implement change management plan including all elements required to transform the organization - Actively participates in the development and implementation of global and regional HR projects and partners with the business to meet design and implementation objectives - Implement local HR initiatives, which align to regional/global programs **Desired Experience/Education**: - University graduate, preferably human resources or related fields - 2-5 years’ experience in a multinational organisation (international exposure to HR policy and practice) preferred - Experience in working within a complex, matrix HR environment **Professional Competencies Required**: - Ability to offer ideas and accept ideas of others. - Self-starter, initiator, willingness to develop. - High motivation level with strong drive to achieve results and contribute to company's profitability. - Teamwork must have the ability to work efficiently and effectively within a team environment. - Highly ethical. - Reliability. - Positive "can do" attitude. - Ability to constantly add value to customer’s needs (both internal and external). - Ability to constantly improve personally. - Professional personal appearance - Strong communication and negotiation skills, both written and oral **Functional Competencies Required**: - Change management - Coaching and counselling - Facilitation and soft skill training - Understand Vietnam Labour Law and its practices - Experience in managing labor environment and works council/union negotiations - Understand Vietnam labour market - Competent level of English language **Search Firm Representatives Please Read Carefully** **Employee Status**: Regular **Relocation**: **VISA Sponsorship**: **Travel Requirements**: **Flexible Work Arrangements**: **Shift**: **Valid Driving License**: **Hazardous Material(s)**: **Requisition ID**:R242128
