RESPONSIBILITIES:
Providing advice and initiatives on employer branding programs, performing internal surveys, and employee events.

Coordinate the annual engagement survey and improvement actions with all managers and all employees.

Keep track of HR metrics and analyze and develop improvement initiatives.

Identify retention issues and come up with solutions.

Communicate policies pertaining to Human Resources, compensation, and benefits.

Offering counseling services to employees.

Work with relevant departments to deal with people-related challenges and contribute to achieving business goals.

Provide continuous support and guidance to less senior colleagues through regular coaching activities and support them in fulfilling their personal development plans.

Collaborate well with the recruitment team to take good care and ensure the effectiveness of the onboarding program for newcomers.

Use data to create employee profiles.

Organizing and updating employee files.

Adhering to regulatory standards.

Conduct exit interviews

Overseeing employee orientation and training.

Perform other related job responsibilities as assigned

**REQUIREMENTS**:
Bachelor Degree in Marketing/Public Relations/Human Resources/Business Administration or relevant fields

At least 2 years of experience in HRBP or General HR in charge of handling labor relations and internal communication.

Familiarity with social media and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)

Good interpersonal and negotiation skills is preferred.

Experience in handling grievance & disciplinary issues.

Self-motivation and a flexible approach.

Team player mentality and comfortable operating within a matrixed environment.

Creative and an out-of-the-box thinker.

High sense of responsibility.

Can-do attitude.
