HR Business Partner (HRBP)
 to support our people strategy, drive talent acquisition, and strengthen compensation & benefits programs.

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding

  • Partner with hiring managers to define recruitment needs and develop job descriptions.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
  • Build talent pipelines through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Enhance employer branding initiatives to attract top talent in the tech sector.

2. Compensation & Payment Plan

  • Support the design, review, and implementation of 
    salary structures, bonus schemes, and incentive programs
    .
  • Ensure timely and accurate payroll coordination with Finance.
  • Conduct benchmarking and market analysis to ensure competitiveness of compensation packages.

3. HR Operations & Employee Relations

  • Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR policies, employee engagement, and performance management.
  • Support HR processes such as onboarding, probation review, annual performance cycle, and offboarding.
  • Handle employee relations issues with professionalism, confidentiality, and compliance with labor laws.

4. Business Partnering

  • Work closely with leadership teams to align HR strategy with business objectives.
  • Provide insights and data-driven recommendations on workforce planning, retention, and employee satisfaction.
  • Identify HR needs proactively and propose solutions to improve organizational effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of HR experience
    , with proven exposure to 
    recruitment and compensation/payroll planning
    .
  • Previous HRBP experience in the 
    tech or startup environment
     is strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws, HR policies, and payroll processes.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to influence and build trust with stakeholders.
  • Hands-on, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced and growing environment.
  • Good command of English (spoken and written).
