WHAT YOU WILL DO?

1. Recruitment (70%)
- Work closely with HRD & HRBP Leader to build a recruitment master plan for new and exisiting stores;
- Coordinate with team to run projects to meet deadline for opening new stores;
- Promptly report to HRD/ Leader any issues/change arising within the project and propose the suitable solution;
- Participate in branding activities through social media channels;
- Develop and improve the recruitment processes to be more innovative and cost effective.

2. Employee Engagement & other HR activities (30%)
- Monitor employee satisfaction/engagement and identify improvement areas to propose action plan
- Support in implementing engagement activities as per approved plan and agenda
- Conduct periodical performance appraisal; Promotion, demotion & internal transfer for effective organization
- Other tasks as requirements

**Yêu cầu công việc**:
ARE YOU OUR "FIT"?
- BA degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or related field;
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR field, experience in F&B or Retails is an advantage.
- Strong experience in Recruitment, especially in mass recruitment.
- Knowledge of Vietnam Labor law, policies/procedures regarding Human Resource Management.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work under high pressure.
- Problem solving skills and leadership skills.
