Supplier Management:
Communicate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.

Manage procurement processes, including issuing purchase orders and tracking deliveries.

Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to ensure favorable terms for the company.

Monitor supplier performance and address any issues or concerns promptly

External Relations:
Act as a liaison between the company and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and government agencies.

Coordinate meetings, appointments, and events with external parties.

Prepare correspondence, presentations, and reports for external communication.

Cultivate positive relationships with external contacts to promote the company's interests

Other Coordination Tasks:
Provide administrative support to executives and team members, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling travel arrangements.

Assist in organizing company events, such as conferences, seminars, and workshops.

Maintain accurate records and files, both physical and electronic, ensuring confidentiality and accessibility.

Handle incoming inquiries and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate personnel as needed.

More than 5 years or leader level in the same duties

High level communication and problem
- solving skills; data control and analysis

Understanding the manners of Japanese companies;sharp mind, proactive manner

Experience in trading and retail companies is a plus

Attention to detail and accuracy in all work.

Proficiency in MS Office suite and other relevant software.

N1 or English Business
