  • 3 to 5 years of years of relevant experience
  • Minimum of 15 years of education; High School Diploma or higher qualification
  • Good communication and analytical Skills
  • Flexible to work in shifts
  • Languages: English; Other Local languages Japanese, Korean, Chinese, Spanish.
  • Tool Proficiency: Microsoft 36
  • Mandatory; SAP
  • Good to have, not mandatory.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Process complex support service contracts, gather T&M quotes, quote approvals and support invoicing.
  • Work with Sales Teams, help resolve challenges & roadblocks, simultaneously address mutual concerns, thus creating good partnership.
  • Analyze fallouts, work with stake holders to improve / eliminate the same.
  • Work with process deployment team, IT, Helpdesk to address challenges. Report, Monitor the same.
  • Adhere to company Policies & Procedures to ensure high accuracy.
  • Meet our established SLAs & Metrics.
  • Prepare & publish timely reports as per process specific requirement.
  • Tech direct ticket logging, support for solving and follow up.
  • Perform rootcause analysis for accuracy related errors / escalation and drive actions to sustain / improve accuracy levels.
