General Administrative Tasks (30%)

  • Arrange meetings, include agendas and minutes, and maintain Google Calendars.
  • Compile and organize departmental weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.

  • Create, procure, and/or arrange delivery of certificates, letters, and awards, such as ILAYL, OLAYL, TEFL, SAT, and various recognitions.

DTL Resources & Documentation (20%)

  • Create, update, and maintain internal websites, such as ILAWiki, ILA Product Page, OLA Intranet, DTL Portal, and others.

  • Organize, maintain, and support with updating DTL internal documents and files.

  • Request course books and other materials, as needed.

Direct Product Support (20%)

  • Support DTL HelpDesk tickets related to administrative tasks
  • Create, manage, and deliver SAT certificates and awards
  • Competitor research through investigation and reporting
  • Support TLMs/STs and Centre staff with general product questions about resources and information

New Projects and Initiatives (20%)

  • Support documentation and coordination new project initiatives
  • Manage pay and budget for projects and content developers
  • Support administrative work with projects, including sorting, organizing, and detailing processes.
