**General Administrative Tasks (30%)**
- Arrange meetings, include agendas and minutes, and maintain Google Calendars.
- Compile and organize departmental weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
- Coordinate payments for various events, projects, materials, and resources for both internal and external suppliers.
- Create, procure, and/or arrange delivery of certificates, letters, and awards, such as ILAYL, OLAYL, TEFL, SAT, and various recognitions.
- Support and coordinate internal communication, such as the DTL newsletter.
**DTL Resources & Documentation (20%)**
- Create, update, and maintain internal websites, such as ILAWiki, ILA Product Page, OLA Intranet, DTL Portal, and others.
- Organize, maintain, and support with updating DTL-specific documents for Document Control.
- Organize, maintain, and support with updating DTL internal documents and files.
- Order and maintain stationary & resources for DTL Senior Management and Teacher Trainers.
**Supplier Coordination (10%)**
- Work with publishers and suppliers to request resources, such as product codes.
- Request course books and other materials, as needed.
**Direct Product Support (20%)**
- Support DTL HelpDesk tickets related to administrative tasks
- Create, manage, and deliver SAT certificates and awards
- Competitor research through investigation and reporting
- Support TLMs/STs and Centre staff with general product questions about resources and information
**New Projects and Initiatives (20%)**
- Support documentation and coordination new project initiatives
- Manage pay and budget for projects and content developers
- Support administrative work with projects, including sorting, organizing, and detailing processes.

- Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited institution/university or equivalent international university.
- English level at upper intermediate or above.
- At least 1 year of experience in similar position
- Fresh graduates with demonstrated dedication are also welcome
- Organizational: Ability to manage multiple tasks, events, and projects efficiently.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal verbal and written communication abilities for internal coordination and external liaising. English level at upper intermediate or above.
- Technological Proficiency: Familiarity with educational technology, Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Forms, and Sites) and MS Office (Word & Excel).
- Attention to Detail: Precision in managing documentation and organizing files.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Analytical ability to address HelpDesk inquiries and product issues.
- Project Management Skills: Competence in supporting projects, managing budgets, and coordinating administrative tasks.
- Financial Management: Proficiency in handling departmental budgets, payments, and financial reporting.
- Proficient with Google Workspace (Docs and Sheets) and MS Office (Excel and Word)
