Quản trị về mặt nội dung các kênh truyền thông số của công ty: group; fanpage và các ứng dụng mạng xã hội khác (nếu có).
Nghiên cứu và phân tích thị trường, đối thủ cạnh tranh và các yếu tố khác để phát triển chiến lược marketing hiệu quả, đảm bảo rằng các chiến lược này phù hợp với mục tiêu kinh doanh của khách hàng.
Tổ chức các chiến dịch quảng cáo và sự kiện, tham gia tổ chức các chiến dịch quảng cáo và sự kiện để quảng bá các sản phẩm hoặc dịch vụ của khách hàng.
Phát triển và triển khai chiến lược marketing cho các sản phẩm hoặc dịch vụ của khách hàng.
Hỗ trợ cho các dự án và hoạt động của đội ngũ marketing để tối đa hóa lợi nhuận của khách hàng.
Thực hiện chụp hình các sản phẩm và hỗ trợ quay video tiktok tại các địa điểm của đối tác, khách hàng.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:
Năng động, sáng tạo, có khả năng làm việc độc lập và teamwork tốt.
Chủ động, thích nghi nhanh và có khả năng xử lý vấn đề tốt.
Tốt nghiệp Đại học các chuyên ngành có liên quan, ưu tiên tốt nghiệp chuyên ngành Marketing.
Kỹ năng giao tiếp, thuyết trình, đàm phán và tổ chức sự kiện tốt.
Có khả năng tiếp nhận và làm việc nhanh chóng, hiệu quả nhiều dự án cùng một lúc.
Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm xây dựng kênh Tiktok.
Nắm bắt xu hướng hiện tại và khả năng phân tích dữ liệu.
Có kinh nghiệm làm việc trong môi trường Agency và trong việc quản lý chiến dịch marketing là một lợi thế.
Có kỹ năng quản lý và tổ chức, chịu được áp lực công việc cao.
Có kiến thức và kinh nghiệm sâu rộng về các phương pháp tiếp thị, quảng cáo, PR, truyền thông, xây dựng thương hiệu và thực hiện các chiến dịch trên Google, Facebook, Tiktok...
Có ít nhất 01 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương đương.
Tiếng Anh giao tiếp tốt.
