Own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company's sales goals,

  • Prepares forecasts and KPI reporting for the sales leaders, and upper management, for use in organizational planning, financial forecasting, budget setting and strategic planning,
  • Land and expand: build process and funnel for manual topdown reach out, onboarding, activation, and expansion,
  • Observe local and national trends in the market,
  • Work collaboratively across teams including Tech, Product, Marketing and Finance team,
  • Establish the inbound & outbound lead requirements needed to meet your sales objectives,
  • Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development,
  • Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key partners both externally and internally,
  • Build and maintain effective sales team by recruiting, coaching and mentoring members

Yêu cầu:

  • Demonstrable experience as head of sales/ sales director/ sales manager for consumer products,
  • Experienced in developing clientfocused, differentiated and achievable solutions
  • Possess extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices,
  • Proven ability to influence crossfunctional teams
  • Strength in problem solving, issueresolution, ability to work in a deadlinedriven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
