- Tái cấu trúc Hệ thống nhân sự Doanh nghiệp.
- Tái cấu trúc Hệ thống lương, thưởng (Ưu tiên biết các giải pháp về lương 3P)
- Tư vấn xây dựng Hệ thống đánh giá năng lực (Sử dụng phần mềm để quản trị hệ thống sau quá trình tư vấn)
- Tư vấn xây dựng Hệ thống đánh giá hiệu suất.

- Đối với Chuyên gia tư vấn từ cấp Deputy/Vice HRD trở lên: Có hơn 10 năm kinh nghiệm và đã thực chiến với các dự án (nội bộ và bên ngoài) liên quan đến dịch vụ tư vấn hệ thống nhân sự.
- Đối với Chuyên gia tư vấn từ cấp Deputy/Vice hoặc HRM: Có từ năm kinh nghiệm và đã thực chiến với các dự án (nội bộ hoặc bên ngoài) liên quan đến dịch vụ tư vấn hệ thống nhân sự.
- Ưu tiên: Các ứng viên có các chứng chỉ chuyên môn phù hợp với chuyên ngành Nhân sự.
