About the Role

We are looking for HR Business Partnering & Change Management, Consultant who is:

- Strategically partners with business Leaders on people and performance agenda.
- End-to-end identification and execution of change management and communications strategy, planning, execution and measurement for the Agency transformation
- Consistency in change and communications delivery to across key stakeholders and targeted objects.

Reports to: Associate Director, HR Business Partnering

Location: Ho Chi Minh City

Function: Human Resources

Role: Individual Contributor

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Management People cycle & Counsel to business_
- Business partner to senior leaders/people managers to support organization effectiveness by implementing solutions aligned to the overall people strategy
- Advice and counsel on a broad range of HR matters, issues and challenges faced by senior leaders and people managers
- Leverage on data insights to interpret and analyze data to assist in making appropriate business decisions based on HR metrics and trends for business unit
- Facilitate & manage people cycle effectively; provide thoughtful and effective counselling to senior leaders and people managers on performance management, structural and staffing issues, including compensation, organization design
- Direct business leaders/people managers to self-service leveraging on existing tools
- Employee Relations_
- Handle and resolve employee relation matters
- Analyze and address root cause of employee escalation, where necessary looking for trends and make recommendations for change in policies and practices as appropriate; conduct thorough investigations as needed
- Work with people manager to manage performance improvement plan (PIP)
- Change Management_
- Develop change strategy based on Agency transformation strategy and define these phases of change with clear achievements at each phase
- Develop change management plan including key stakeholders analysis, level of impacts and suitable interventions
- Lead implementation and monitoring a detailed programs of change plan to ensure delivery of milestones, artifacts, and ensure deadlines are met
- Understand people’s barriers/challenges in change and provide suitable solutions;
- Develop and engage change champions who will be drive change in departments and provinces level
- Connect with other workstreams in Agency transformation to ensure consistency, risk mitigation and balance for the business
- Minimize disruption through change impact analysis, change capacity reporting, and effective governance

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Education: Bachelor degree
- Experience: 5-7 years of experience in HR field, job incumbent must have a hand-on experience in HRBP and change management
- Change management with Agile mindset
- Organizational and planning skills
- Knowledgeable of Vietnamese Labor Law
- Analytical skill to assist in troubleshooting exceptions
- Sound analytical; critical thinking and problem-solving skills and excellent communications skills both verbal & written
- Strong Stakeholder Management at all levels
- The ability to work with a blank sheet of paper, handle ambiguity, and be flexible in delivery of plans based on a changing environment
