Lead HR Business Partner, Game Entertainment

The HRBP will act as a consultant and coach for the BU/Department and manage a broad range of people and talent issues related to organization set-up and talent management.
- He/ She will tap into people expertise to plan and manage people programs, as well as, counsel management on a full range of Human Resources disciplines including organizational effectiveness, employee relations, performance management, career development, compensation, and workforce planning.
- He/ She will partner with the Business Services team of Talent Acquisition and HR Operations services to deliver the full value of HR to the business stakeholders. The day-to-day activities:

- Workforce Planning - Partner with the business leaders to drive the workforce planning process, to forecast the budget for talent acquisition, taking into consideration the size and skills of the workforce, the financial budget, and the nature and complexity of the organization.
- Talent Acquisition - Partner with the recruitment team to track and be accountable for the fulfillment of the hiring needs - Provide counsel and advice on organizational alignment and design for effective execution of the business strategy.
- People Development and Deployment - Collaborate with business leaders on people-related initiatives to develop a people-oriented culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, teamwork, and high performance - Identify learning and development needs for teams and individual coaching needs. Participate in the evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success - Implement talent retention strategies
- Culture and Engagement - Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity - Build on the VNG Values, identify key drivers, plan and execute impactful actions to systematically strengthen culture and organization performance - Collaborates on initiatives involving enterprise-wide organizational design/redesign or policy change.
- Talent & Performance Management - Facilitate effective performance management process along with business leaders, to ensure all employees have clear Goals and Objectives aligned with the business strategy - Drive the department's talent agenda by ensuring thoughtful assessment, people development, and succession planning.

**Yêu cầu**:

- At least 5 years of relevant experience in a human resource management/People advisory or business partnering role
- Demonstrated experience in implementing HR practices
- A comprehensive and proven HR generalist / Consultant in a fast-paced & collaborative working environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively at all levels, along with excellent English proficiency
- Strong cultural competencies to collaborate cohesively with culturally diverse leaders
- Ability to coach young managers to increase morale, and accountability and clarify expectations
- Proactive and do not wait for problems to resolve themselves, which saves business units valuable time and risk
- Able to thrive in a VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex and Ambiguous) environment
- Tech savvy with a range of people tools, and a data-driven mindset
- Knowledge of local employment laws and best practices.
- Strong planning and project management skills
- Minimum Bachelor Degree
