ROLE AND RESPONSIBILTY:

  • Provides a faster response and solution for customers' needs. Works with the various cross functional departments in the factory in resolving any customers' issues.

  • Proactive account management and maintain a high degree of personal involvement and visibility within the customer base to create positive and influential relationships.

  • Assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis.

  • Build a strong and an intimate relationship with customers at multiple level of the organizations, deepened customer relationships and increase customer satisfaction level.

  • Plan for frequent business call to customers, ffeedback on customers' business expectations and requirements to the factory and BUs for continuous improvements.
- 计划经常拜访客户,将客户的业务期望和要求反馈给工厂和BU,以持续改进

  • Prepare weekly / monthly sales activities report.
- 准备每周/每月的销售活动报告。

  • Assists and supports new business development activities / customers' prospecting as assigned by the Manager.
- 协助和支持经理分配的新业务开发活动/客户勘探。

QUALIFICATION AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
资格和教育要求

  • Degree in Mechanical engineering.
- 机械工程学位

  • Minimum 5year related work experience in sales management in precision engineering field preferably in Lifestyle Electronics.
- 至少 5 年精密工程领域销售管理相关工作经验,最好是在 Lifestyle Electronics 工作

  • Experience in managing CM will be an added advantage.
- 管理 CM 的经验将是一个额外的优势。

  • Proficient in MS-Excel, PowerPoint and Words.

  • Fluent in English & Chinese in 4 skills.

Salary:
Up to 69,000,000₫ per month
