YOUR ROLE
This position is responsible for developing accessible and inclusive Wellbeing digital products for the Wellbeing team.

The role is required to work closely with the team and other stakeholders across the university to create, develop and maintain accessible digital resources.

The role contributes to effective team behaviour as per RMIT Vietnam values.


KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES- In consultation and collaboration with WB managers, team, and university communications team, update/reformat/create/maintain digital products including the university/student website, staff intranet and cloudbased communication management systems.- Research and analyse the target user demographic, psychographic, behaviorgraphic, with different digital products and content types.- Meet with manager/clients/stakeholders to discuss requirements and/or project updates.

Provide weekly updates of work to the managers for feedback.

Liaise with other teams across the university such as Communications/Press office to ensure updated/correct links/information are shared with the community.- Update/reformat/create/maintain digital information for each service with Wellbeing that are accessible, userfriendly, effective, and appealing as per Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (W3C).- Demonstrate expertise in digital retouching and editing of photo/audio/video preferably with Adobe creative apps including Lightroom/Photoshop/Premiere.- Demonstrate expertise in internal and external communication management systems/platforms/languages such as HTML (HyperText Markup Language), Word Press, Office 365 (Specifically SharePoint).- Manage sensitive information and maintain privacy and confidentiality standards.


KEY SELECTION CRITERIA- Currently studying in a relevant bachelor's degree or graduated with a relevant bachelor's degree (Design, Professional Communication)- In-depth & demonstrated knowledge/experience of MS Office 365, MS Office Accessibility features (specifically SharePoint), HTML- Demonstrated high level interpersonal and written communication skills, including cross cultural communication skills across a broad range of audiences.- Ability to critically analyse, interpret or evaluate information.- Sound knowledge and experience in the use of information technology and accessibility standards- Strong organisational, time management, and prioritisation skills, with the ability to work under mínimal supervision.
