  • Manage current and potential customer database, analyze customer's needs and behaviors to improve customers experience.
  • Responsible for product portfolio management of the categories, evaluating the effectiveness of product display to optimize store layout.
  • Responsible for sales and gross profit according to set KPI and inventory turnover management.
  • Develop sales strategies to manage retail prices, run campaigns, other sales & marketing programs and optimize investments suppliers.
  • Build good relationships with suppliers and interact well with partners.
  • Work closely with planning team, QA & compliance team, merchandising team to deliver business's objectives.

Requirement
- _ _University graduate with degree in Marketing, Business related field. GPA greater than 7.5 is a plus
- _At least - 3 years' experience in Marketing. Having a baby is an advantage
