Mục đích của vị trí:
Vị trí này có trách nhiệm lập kế hoạch và thực hiện các hoạt động đào tạo trong khu vực được giao để trang bị kiến thức và kĩ năng cho lực lượng đại lý đạt được mục tiêu bán hàng của họ.

Mục đích của vị trí:
Vị trí này có trách nhiệm Triển khai các hoạt động huấn luyện đến lực lượng đại lý bảo hiểm, tư vấn các giải pháp đào tạo và hỗ trợ thiết kế chương trình phù hợp
- This position is responsible for deploying training activities to the insurance agent force, consulting training solutions and assisting in designing appropriate programs._

Phạm vi công việc:
Lập kế hoạch tổ chức các chương trình đào tạo huấn luyện:

- Chủ động phối hợp với nhân viên kinh doanh/ giám đốc văn phòng tổng đại lý trong việc lập kế hoạch các hoạt động đào tạo lực lượng đại lý trong khu vực được phân công hàng tháng

Đào tạo:

- Trực tiếp huấn luyện các chương trình đào tạo từ cơ bản đến nâng cao. Tham gia vào việc đào tạo, huấn luyện, đánh giá, phát triển nhân viên mới của khu vực.

Giám sát và phát triển lực lượng nhân viên huấn luyện cộng tác viên:

- Phân công, theo dõi, kèm cặp lực lượng nhân viên huấn luyện cộng tác viên nhằm đảm bảo các lớp huấn luyện theo đúng kế hoạch và đạt chất lượng chuẩn của công ty.
- 1. Planning to organize training programs:_
- _Actively coordinate with sales staff / general manager office in planning agent training activities in the area assigned monthly_
- 2. Training:_
- _Direct training from basic to advanced training programs. Participate in training, coaching, evaluating and developing new employees of the region._
- 3. Supervising and developing collaborative coaching staff:_
- _Assign, monitor and mentor collaborative coaching staff to ensure the training classes follow the plan and reach the company's standard quality._

Hỗ trợ kinh doanh:

- kiểm tra, đôn đốc tư vấn viên trong việc vận dụng những kiến thức, kỹ năng đã được huấn luyện đào tạo vào công việc nhằm đạt được doanh số cao nhất.
- phối hợp với nhân viên kinh doanh/ giám đốc văn phòng tổng đại lý để thống nhất các hoạt động hỗ trợ hiệu quả và phù hợp cho tư vấn viên hướng tới hoàn thành mục tiêu kinh doanh

Quản lý và phát triển các dự án trong miền:

- Tham gia các dự án với vai trò người điểu phối, triển khai. Hỗ trợ các chuyên viên huấn luyện trong vùng để việc triển khai dự án trên toàn vùng được hiệu quả

Các nhiệm vụ/dự án khác được giao bởi các cấp Quản lý
- 4. Business support:_
- _coordinate with sales staff / general manager office to unify effective and appropriate support activities for counselors towards achieving business goals._
- 5. Managing and developing projects in the domain:_
- _Participate in projects as a coordinator and implementation. Supporting regional trainers to implement projects across the region effectively_
- 6. Other tasks / projects assigned by Management levels_

Trách nhiệm chính:
Triển khai hiệu quả các hoạt động huấn luyện/ Hỗ trợ sale tại GA được phân công

Hỗ trợ tổ chức triển khai các hoạt động Huấn luyện chuyên sâu / Hỗ trợ sale tại miền và khu vực theo phân công

Hỗ trợ TTH trong các hoạt động phát triển nhân viên

Đạt các chỉ tiêu KPI được phân công

Yêu cầu:
Bằng cấp:

- Tốt nghiệp Đại Học trở lên. Chuyên ngành Quản trị nhân lực/ Quản trị kinh doanh/ Sư phạm, tài chính ngân hàng.
- Ít nhất 3 năm kinh nghiệm giảng dạy/ đào tạo, ưu tiên Ngành Tài chính: Ngân hàng, Bảo hiểm
- _Graduated from University upwards. Major in Human Resource Management / Business Administration / Education, Banking and Finance._
- _At least 3 years of teaching / training experience, Prefer Financial / Banking/Insuarence industry._
