Mission:
  • Achieve the regional objectives through territory management, product expertise and people development
    Activities & Responsibilities:
  • Reinforce and develop the whole country focusing on OTC channel, maximize and identify the potential of pharmacy sectors (Pharmacy chain, Dispensing, Private Hospitals, Wholesaler).
  • Achieve regional operational objectives by contributing regional field information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.
  • Meets regional financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analysing variances; initiating corrective actions.
  • Promote products expertise are delivered fluently for all employee levels within assigned regions.
  • Build talents; develop potentials and key performers for succession planning through coaching, sharing and support entrepreneurship

Requirements:

Professional experience:

  • Managerial experiences with good level of performances (results, activities, and leadership skills) in OTC channel is preferable
    Personal Profile:
  • Bachelor of Medicine and Pharmacy is a must
  • Dare to innovate, passion, influence people
  • Strong leadership, high sense of communications and good interpersonal skills
  • Excellent business acumen to identify business drivers and assess return on investment
  • High level of product and medical knowledge
  • Fluent English and MS. Office
