Job Responsibilties:

  • Managing inspection team to follow and implement the company direction.
  • Develop training plan to subordinates to deal with coming businesses
  • Conduct training and assessment to subordinates
  • Conduct regular meeting with subordinates to review and update the inspection operation issues
  • Monitor the utilization
  • Onsite monitoring to maintain the inspection service
  • Join client meeting for Operation / Technical issues
  • Conduct investigation for complaint cases
  • Develop and submit monthly report to his/her supervisor
  • Coordinate other teams to build a working environment for business needs

Bachelor Degree in Engineering or graduate in any stream with more than 10 years relevant experience in the field of audits and inspections, and with 3 to 5 years of experience in people management experience:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skill
  • Strong training and problem solving skill.
