ROLE:


The Regional Key Account Manager will support and lead the Growth of our Global Healthcare Business line in the SEA/APAC region.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage a portfolio of existing and prospect accounts to achieve longterm success and growth.
  • Develop positive relationships with clients.
  • Work closely with the Business director in the development of strategic sales initiatives to achieve established objectives.
  • Facilitate sales activities in conjunction with the Technical Department
  • Market Company products to existing and prospect accounts directly and/or through indirect channels.
  • Negotiate and implement customer price adjustments and maintain mutual compliance with established pricing agreements.
  • Manage and maintain accurate customer information, leads, and opportunities in Salesforce.
  • Prepare call reports in Salesforce that communicate market intelligence and customer/product needs to internal audiences supporting related efforts.
  • Participate in industry associations and trade shows as needed
  • Provide timely sales forecast for the business so that the correct products can be made by the plant.
  • Assist the Business director in resolving problem accounts with respect to product availability, credit and/or customer service.
  • Develop a working knowledge of competitive industry products & services and market developments.
  • Lead and drive value based selling process, internally and externally.

Job Requirements:

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience as key account manager in chemical field. Experienced in the medical Market/segment and/or regulated market (>5years) is a big plus.
  • Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Sales Business project management expertise and focus;
  • Ability in problemsolving and negotiation
  • BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field
  • Fluently speak and write business Japanese and English.
