1.1 Reception:

  • Greet clients, and visitors and direct them to desired contacts.
  • Take messages when the call receiver is not available.
  • Manage incoming mail/stationery and outgoing mail effectively to ensure proper of their expenses charges.

1.2 Administration:

  • Make office expense payments.
  • Arrange cars/taxis for employees to visit customers.
  • Monitor the office's drinking water, keep records, and verify the bills.

1.3 Event organization:
Birthday Party, Christmas, New Year Party, etc

  • Major: Human Resources Management, Business Administration, English, Chinese or related majors
  • A strong desire to work in HR & Admin.
  • Teamwork skill, hardworking, careful and willing to learn.
  • Can communicate in English or Chinese.
  • Can use office equipment, good at using Microsoft Office.
  • Working time is only 5 days/week (from Monday to Friday).
