Descriptions of Job duties:


  • This role will be reporting to Logistics Executive.
  • Administration:
o Receive shipment order; create and dispatch incoming task on Diag system.

o Track shipment's TAT in Diag system and ensure data's accuracy.

o Monitor status of deliveries and pickups to ensure timely delivery to client.

o Communicate all client and shipment issues to direct supervisor.

  • Analysis:


oConduct in-depth analysis of logistics operations and prepare reports, dashboard, inventory, and attendance record to monitor and identify opportunities for improvement in efficiency, productivity, and customer service.


oCoordinate with Logistics Executive in KPI and performance tracking, analyze data and generate reports to provide insights and recommendations for operational enhancements.


  • Support branch operation daily activities and other duties as assigned.
