Business Development Representative


On the Imagination Warehouse Team, we are looking for individuals who are highly collaborative, nimble, intelligent and savvy on executing new ideas.

We are looking for a Virtual Office Manager who will be able to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers, maintain our contact database, generate basic social media posts and assist the overall team with the direction of our sales and development roadmap.


To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience speaking to a high-level US audience in English, writing in English and outstanding customer relationship skills.

Additionally, as this will be a virtual role, you must be a strong self-starter, with the ability to meet goals and objectives of not only your internal customers but our externals ones as well.

You will use your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with customers, from first contact until you close the deal.

You will also ensure proper after-sales service. If you are motivated and results-driven, and enjoy working in a team environment, we'd like to meet you.

Ultimately, you will boost sales and contribute to our long-term business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
  • Present our company to potential clients as need be.
  • Create/Collect Social Media posts/newsletter content.
  • Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services.
  • Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction.
  • Build longterm trusting relationships with clients.
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
  • Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients our creative team.
  • Report to the CEO daily.
  • Stay uptodate with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans.

Requirements:

  • Excellent English Skills
  • Both Verbal and Written
  • Some related work experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive or similar role
  • Handson experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g. Zoho) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts)
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations
  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field is a plus
