Reporting To:
Country Head & Commercial Lead-Vietnam

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage communication flow for the defined Customer internally within Kerry to functional teams such as Supply Chain, R&D, Regulatory, Commercial Finance and Customer Service
  • Support various actionstracking as a part of Strategic Account Plans for the country, and through this be an integral part of the account strategies
  • Working closely and partnering with the Key Account Manager/Director to ensure that our Strategic accounts Service levels PI's on New Products, Existing products, Innovation pipeline and Commercialization
  • Point of contact for key defined accounts to manage information flowing back into the organization, and a coordinator of information flowing from Kerry to the external teams and accounts
  • Build intimate knowledge of customers' organization and product range to spot opportunity for Kerry on price, product, technology and innovation
  • Preparation, circulation and continuously improving of presentations and reports for the Customer for key meetings such as SFDC Updates, EPM Sales Updates and Call Report Performance
  • Sharing best practices on SFDC, EPM for other accounts/customers

Qualifications and skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree with minimum 2 years' experience in Commercial or operations professional in a multinational or large local organization preferably in the Retail, FMCG or Food Service industry
  • Customer facing experience of some nature is necessary
  • Solid understanding of the commercial and operations business management practices and procedures with handson experience in data analysis, process improvement and coordination work
  • Strong Project Management skills and an organized, structured approach with a good understanding of Vietnam's Food and Beverage industry will be a strong advantage
  • Comfortable managing both internal and external relationships that incudes Commercial/Sales team, General Management, Customers, and other stake holders of different cultures
  • Capability to multitask in a fastpaced environment
  • Handson experience operating in a highly matrixed organization, exhibiting ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Fluency in English and Vietnamese (verbal & written)
