About the Role:

We are looking for Digital Strategic Planner who:

  • Master fundamental marketing knowledge, Brand/ Communication strategy, Digital/ Social planning with a passion for impactful digital solutions
  • Strong at creative strategy and collaborative mindset to lead integrated agency output
  • Excel at the use of Digital and Social platforms to drive both Brand & Commercial Growth
  • Champion effectiveness in both projects and awards papers
  • Champion innovations that disrupt the market
  • Strong at presentation with inspiring storytelling that can sell
  • Are responsible and demonstrate ownership/ ambition throughout the pitching and deployment process
  • Are a supportive teamplayer

What You'll Do:

  • Lead the endtoend strategic process (from briefing to presenting, deployment and report) in a collaborative manner across departments
  • Push your own strategic thinking without more senior support and drive us all to impact
  • Provide unique expertise in the use of Digital/ Social media platforms to drive Brand & Commercial growth to both internal teams and clients.
  • Foster constructive relationship with clients and strategic partners (including media, research, technology, publisher/ platform partners and so on)
  • Proactively identify new areas of opportunity on client businesses, always on the lookout for new biz opportunities and account growth
  • Consult clients on a wide range of business problems (from product, marketing to communications)

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields is required
  • A minimum of 3_ years' experience _in Planning Department is required (Experience working in Client/ platform side is a plus)
  • Proven work experience in Brand/ Communication strategy, Digital/ Social planning (especially Influencer Marketing) is required
  • Previous innovative project and experience is a plus
  • Exceptional Digital and Social media capabilities is required
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines while juggling multiple tasks simultaneously
